REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping at www.stylenoosh.com. We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.
Exchange in case of damaged/ wrong products:
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for an exchange. We will cover the cost of shipping for exchanges due to damaged or defective items.
To initiate a return, the item you received must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and all original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact. Our policy allows returns within 24 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, if more than 24 hours have passed since you received your product, we cannot offer an exchange.
If your return meets these criteria, we will arrange for a reverse pickup and inspect the product upon receipt. If the item passes inspection, we will replace it as soon as possible.
Refund in case of product return:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Style Noosh. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, please contact us at hello@stylenoosh.com within 24 hours of receiving your order to initiate a return.
To request a refund, please send us an email with your order details and the reason for the return. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and send you an email confirmation of its receipt.
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Please note that our policy allows for returns within 24 hours of delivery. If more than 24 hours have passed since you received your product, we cannot offer a refund.

If you need to cancel your order, please send an email to hello@stylenoosh.com with your order details. Please note that cancellation is only possible if the product has not yet been shipped. Once we receive your cancellation request, we will deduct the transaction charges (2%) incurred on the order value and issue you a refund.
Anti-fraud policy:
We take fraud prevention seriously and want to ensure that our customers are not affected by fraudulent practices. To safeguard against fraudulent claims such as missing or damaged products, we have implemented an anti-fraud policy. In the rare instance that a customer claims a missing or damaged product, we require an unedited unboxing video (with EXIF data) as proof. The video must clearly show the unopened package from all sides and include the opening of the package. The customer is required to share the full video with us for any claim to be considered.
